Launch Pad Competitions | Official Rules

  • All scripts must be submitted with a cover page containing ONLY the script title, without any of the writer(s) names or discernable marks, including but not limited to WGA Registration numbers.
  • All scripts MUST BE submitted as a PDF.
  • All pilot scripts must be under 70 pages (any pilot with more than 70 pages will be disqualified).
  • Do not submit any form of a story bible or pitch document with your pilot or feature script.
  • NO specs of pre-existing shows or films are allowed. All submissions must be your own original work, story and characters. Any submissions of existing shows or films that the writer does not own will be disqualified.
  • Scripts with multiple writers are allowed (however, all entry fees must be paid under one account).
  • All scripts must be the sole property of the writer(s).
  • All scripts will be read at least twice to ensure the best judgment of your work. All scripts will also be read blind, with no names, or title pages allowed. We choose this option so that each script is judged by the work, and the words alone.
  • Pilots or features with a prior option are allowed, but at the time of submission and for the duration of the contest, must remain the writer’s property.
  • The only scripts not allowed to be entered are those which have already sold, have previously earned our “TB Recommends” honors, or received a top 25 placement in a previous Launch Pad competition.
  • Each script may only be entered one time. Once a script has been submitted, there are absolutely no substitutions of pages, drafts, or scripts overall.
  • TB and all judges/readers will utilize whatever criteria they deem appropriate in deciding a winner.
  • All scripts will remain the property of the writer(s) throughout the contest (at no point will anyone from the judge’s panel, or TB ever attach themselves to your work without your consent).
  • Entrants may be contacted as a result of the contest by TB, the judging panel or other industry professionals in regards to representation, production, sale and/or option of the entered work.
  • Entrants are under no obligation to sell their work or otherwise attach themselves to representation in any form.
  • General script entries will not receive feedback, however, you can opt to upgrade and receive feedback on your script submission.
  • Each Grand Prize Winner will be reimbursed up to $500 USD for airfare to Los Angeles for our Exclusive Tracking Board Event. Date of event is TBD.
  • The contest is open to entrants 18 or older. It is an international contest and open to entrants worldwide.
  • Tracking Board reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to change or modify these terms at any time without notice.
  • By entering this competition, you agree to receive periodic emails from The Tracking Board and The Launch Pad. You may unsubscribe to these at any time.
  • All purchases and submissions are final. No refunds will be issued.

Deadlines

  • Feedback MUST be purchased with submission order and cannot be added on later.
  • Feedback notes, if purchased, will be returned to writers in after the announcement of the Top 10 Finalists, which is tentatively set for May 16th, 2017.
  • Pilot Early Bird Submissions MUST be received by 11:59pm (PST) on December 4th 2016, regardless of when the payment is made.
  • Pilot Regular Submissions MUST be received by 11:59pm (PST) on January 8th 2017, regardless of when the payment is made.
  • Pilot Late Submissions MUST be received by 11:59pm (PST) on February 5th 2017, regardless of when the payment is made.
  • Pilot Last Minute Submissions MUST be received by 11:59pm (PST) on March 3rd 2017, regardless of when the payment is made.

General Rules

  • All manuscript submissions must be submitted with a cover page containing ONLY the project title, without any of the writer(s) names or discernible marks, including but not limited to identifiable registration numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, or other.
  • All entries MUST BE submitted in English as a PDF document with standard margin sizing.
  • Submissions must not exceed 50 pages even if your manuscript is already a completed work, and MUST include at least a 1-page synopsis outlining the entirety of your story.
  • Submissions must be the sole property of the writer(s), and must be your own original work, story and characters. Any submissions of existing literary figures and or stories not in the public domain, as well as any shows or films that the writer does not own will be disqualified.
  • All submissions will be read at least twice to ensure the best judgment of your work. All entries will also be read blind, with no discernible marks shared with readers. We choose this option so that each entry is judged by the work, and the words alone.
  • Submissions previously optioned are allowed, but at the time of submission and for the duration of the contest, must remain the writer’s property.
  • Each manuscript may only be entered one time. Once a manuscript has been submitted, there are absolutely no substitutions of pages or drafts.
  • Launch Pad and all judges, mentors, partners and readers will utilize whatever criteria they deem appropriate in deciding a winner.

Manuscript Competition Exclusive Period for Selection and Publishing

  • All submissions will remain the property of the writer(s) throughout the contest, however if selected as a finalist you agree to grant Launch Pad and partners an exclusive 90-day window (from announcement) to all film, television and publishing rights. During this period of time you agree to not submit your book or manuscript to a literary agent, TV or film, agent, manager, or publisher other than Inkshares, without express written consent by Launch Pad. The exception to this is if you are already represented, in which case we look forward to collaborating with your representatives.
  • If within 90 days of being selected as a finalist you are not successfully signed by a literary agent, TV or film, agent, manager, or selected to be published by Inkshares, you are free to submit your book or manuscript to any agent, manager, or publisher.
  • Entrants may be contacted as a result of the contest by Launch Pad, or Launch Pad employees, partners or judges in regards to representation, production, sale and/or option of the your submitted material.

Launch Pad Release Overview

  • OVERVIEW: Beginning at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on March 31st, 2017 through 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14th, 2017, The Launch Pad Competition (“LP”) will accept original manuscripts (each, a “Manuscript”) from eligible writers (each, a “Writer” and collectively, the “Writers”), which will be read at least two (2) times and judged by industry professionals. This is a skill-based Competition; the element of chance will not be present at any stage of this Competition.
  • WHO MAY PARTICIPATE: Competition is open only to writers who are residents of Albania, Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, South Africa, Turkey, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, and any country represented by the competition practices of the European Union who are at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence. A writer submitting a Manuscript with multiple co-writers must have all co-writers consent to participate in this Competition.
  • Employees and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) of The Tracking Board, LP, Energy Entertainment, Paradigm Talent Agency, Inkshares (together with LP, the “Promoter Parties”) and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, successors and assigns, officers, directors, competition specific contractors, shareholders, representatives, members, agents, employees, and advertising and promotion agencies, web developers, and marketing agents (collectively with Promoter Parties, the “Released Parties”) are not eligible to participate in the Competition. Competition is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, territorial, state and local laws.
  • HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Writers must submit Manuscripts online at https://www.tblaunchpad.com (the “Website”) follow the directions provided to complete the online registration form, and upload your Manuscript with a cover page containing ONLY the Manuscript title (without any of the writer(s) names or discernible marks, including but not limited to identifiable registration numbers, email addresses, or phone numbers) no later than 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30th, 2017. An entry fee (subject to the time of entry) must accompany each Manuscript submission. Entry fees will be between $50.00 USD and $80.00 USD. Failure to provide an entry fee for any Manuscript will result in such Manuscript being deemed void. All entry fees will be placed into a pool of funds to cover Competition costs, including but not limited to Manuscript readers, administrative, advertising, printing and database costs. No fees are payable to any judges, mentors or partners. All entry fee purchases and submissions are final. No refunds will be issued.
  • All Manuscripts must be submitted in the English language, be in PDF format with standard margin sizing, be no larger than 10MB in file size, include at least a 1-page synopsis outlining the entirety of your story, and be no longer than fifty (50) pages in length. Incomplete Manuscripts, including but not limited to those Manuscripts that do not address the requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions, may be disqualified at LP’s sole discretion. By submitting a Manuscript, Writer hereby grants to LP a fully-paid up and royalty free, irrevocable, perpetual and worldwide license to use and display the Manuscript on the Website, other sites owned by LP, and third party websites and in other media now or hereafter known, and otherwise use the Manuscript in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, without compensation of any kind or further notice to or approval from Writer or any third party, unless otherwise specified by LP. Promoter Parties are not responsible for any unauthorized third party use of any Manuscript. Manuscript must be the original work of the Writer, and must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity. Prior to submitting a Manuscript, Writer must obtain any and all releases and consents from any and all co-writers, and any Writer and other parties necessary to permit the use and exhibition of the Manuscript by LP in the manner set forth in these Terms and Conditions. LP reserves the right to request proof of these permissions in a form acceptable to LP from any Writer at any time and, at its discretion, to disqualify any Manuscript they determine, in their discretion, fails to satisfy any of the above requirements. Manuscripts previously optioned are allowed, but at the time of submission and for the duration of the Competition, must remain the Writer’s property.
  • JUDGING PHASE: All eligible Manuscripts received by LP will be judged by a panel of industry professionals based equally on the following criteria: composition, originality and creativity as applicable to premise, story, characters and dialogue (the “Judging Criteria”).
  • AWARD RECIPIENT NOTIFICATION: Judges’ and LP’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Competition. Potential award recipients will be notified via mail, email and/or phone and will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility (or if an eligible Canadian resident, a Declaration of Eligibility), Liability and Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) and any other documents required by LP, which must be returned within seven (7) business days of date appearing on award recipient notification. Return of award recipient notification as undeliverable, failure to sign and return requested documentation within the specified time period, the inability of LP to contact a potential award recipient within a reasonable time period or noncompliance with these Terms and Conditions by a potential award recipient will result in disqualification and, at LP’s sole discretion, a Runner-Up award recipient may be notified.
  • GRAND PRIZE AWARD (3): Each award recipient will receive an invitation to attend the exclusive Tracking Board/Launch Pad event (the “Event”) scheduled to take place in Los Angeles, California. Each award recipient will also be reimbursed up to $500 USD by LP to assist with the air transportation, ground transportation and hotel accommodation costs associated with attending the event. Exact date, time and location of Event will be determined by LP in its sole discretion and is subject to change. Award recipients may not substitute, assign or transfer award or redeem any award for cash, but LP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute any award (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Award recipients are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and withholdings, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with award acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All award details are at LP’s sole discretion.
  • LICENSE/USE OF MANUSCRIPTS: Award recipients and those identified by LP as a Finalist Manuscript hereby grant to LP, as a condition of participation in the Competition, the right of first negotiation to all film, television and publishing rights, which shall be done in good faith, for LP to acquire certain rights in and to their Manuscripts. Notwithstanding the foregoing, LP shall have no obligation to enter into a contract, or make use of the Manuscript. In addition, you hereby grant to LP and the Promoter Parties the unrestricted, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide, sublicensable, assignable, license (but not the obligation) for the maximum duration permitted by applicable law to store, copy, reproduce, communicate to the public, modify, edit, display, transmit, publicly perform, make available to the public, translate or make derivative works from, and otherwise use your Manuscript (in whole or in part) in any medium without any fee or other form of compensation, and without further notification or permission or attribution, for the following purposes: a. administering the Competition; b. identifying you by name as the Writer of the Manuscript; c. displaying some or all of the submitted Manuscripts in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide; and d. advertising in any media, including to advertise the Competition and/or future competitions.
  • NATURE OF RELATIONSHIP: Nothing in these Terms and Conditions or any other agreement with Writer shall be deemed to create an employment or agency relationship between any of the Released Parties and Writer. Writer agrees that he/she shall not look to the Released Parties for any compensation, employment and other benefits. Writer hereby acknowledges and agrees that the relationship between Writer and LP and any of its designees is not a confidential, fiduciary, or other special relationship, and that Writer’s decision to provide a Manuscript does not place LP or any of the Released Parties in a position that is any different from the position held by members of the general public.
  • PUBLICITY RELEASE: Participation in this Competition constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use Writer’s names, likenesses, voices, performances, award received, photographs, statements and biographical information (all at LP’s discretion) for future advertising, publicity and other purposes relating to this Competition in any and all media now or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission.
  • RELEASE OF TECHNICAL LIABILITY: Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, stolen, altered, garbled, incorrect, incomplete, delayed or undelivered votes, and Manuscripts, all of which will be void. Released Parties are also not responsible for problems uploading or downloading any Competition-related information or materials from the Website, any errors or problems associated with uploading Manuscripts on the Website, or for any other technical malfunctions of electronic equipment, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer hardware or software failures, phone lines, failure of any Manuscript to be received by LP on account of technical problems, traffic, congestion on the internet or the Website, or for any other technical problems including telecommunication, miscommunication or failure, and failed, lost, delayed, incomplete, garbled or misdirected communications which may limit Writer’s ability to participate in this Competition. Released Parties are not responsible for any other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether network, printing, typographical, human or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Competition, including, without limitation, errors or malfunctions which may occur in connection with the administration of the Competition, the processing, judging or voting of Manuscripts, or deletion of any Manuscripts.
  • RIGHT TO TERMINATE & MODIFY: LP reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Competition in the event it becomes infected by a computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired, and to cancel or suspend the Competition in its entirety should tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or other causes corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Competition. LP reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the Manuscript process or the operation of this Competition or any website (including the Website), intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Writer or User, LP or any of its representatives or to otherwise be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions and void all associated Manuscripts.
  • MISCELLANEOUS: In the event of a dispute regarding Manuscripts received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of Manuscript will be deemed to be the Writer and must comply with these Terms and Conditions. Authorized subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. CAUTION: Any attempt by a Writer to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Competition is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, LP reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys’ fees) from any such Writer to the fullest extent permitted by law and to disqualify such Writer from the Competition.
  • SIMILAR MANUSCRIPTS: By submitting a Manuscript, Writer acknowledges and agrees that LP may obtain many Manuscripts under this Competition and that such Manuscripts may be similar or identical in title, theme, idea, format or other respects to others submitted under this Competition and/or created or developed by LP on its own or by those working on LP’s behalf, and/or other promotions staged and/or led by LP, and waive any and all claims Writer may have had, may have, and/or may have in the future, that any similar Manuscript, and/or other works accepted, reviewed and/or used by LP (or its designees) may be similar to Writer’s Manuscript. Writer acknowledges and agrees that LP does not have now, nor shall it have in the future, any duty or liability, direct or indirect, vicarious, contributory, or otherwise, with respect to the infringement or protection of any copyright in and to Writer’s Manuscript.
  • PERSONAL DATA: Any information collected from the Competition shall be used for future potential marketing communications and in a manner consistent with the consent given by the Writer at the time of Manuscript, with these Terms and Conditions, and with LP’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, available at http://www.tracking-board.com/terms-of-use/ (such Privacy Policy and Terms of Use are incorporated herein by reference). Each Writer expressly agrees to the use of his/her personal information for such purpose. By participating in the Competition, Writers (i) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including all eligibility requirements, the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of LP, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Competition. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from this Competition. LP reserves the right to permanently disqualify any Writer and/or any other person it believes has intentionally violated these Terms and Conditions and void all associated Manuscripts. The following information will be collected from each Writer for the purpose of administering the Competition, and may also be used by Released Parties and their affiliates to contact the potential award recipients: Writer name, date of birth, mailing address and email address. The Released Parties will not sell, share or otherwise disclose information collected in any manner with third parties, other than those parties necessary to fulfill the above purposes, unless entrant has given his prior express consent to receive additional information from the Released Parties or a third party. Writer’s information may also be transferred to countries outside of your jurisdiction, including the United States. Such other countries may not have privacy laws and regulations similar to those of your jurisdiction. If a Writer does not provide the mandatory data required during entry registration, LP reserves the right to disqualify the Manuscript. Writers have a right of access to, modification and withdrawal of their personal data. Writers also have the right of opposition to the data collection, under certain circumstances, in accordance with applicable law. To exercise such right, an entrant may write to: [email protected] (“Data Controller” and “Data Recipient”). The Released Parties will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Writers’ personal information is treated securely and in accordance with LP’s Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions, but will not otherwise take steps to ensure compliance with the applicable laws.
  • RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By entering the Competition, Writer agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from all claims, liability or damage caused or claimed to be caused, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with participation in this Competition, or acceptance or use of any award, the administration of the Competition, the operation of any website (including the Website) or Released Parties’ use of any of the rights granted herein (including any claims arising out of the use of third party content). Released Parties assume no responsibility for the conduct of any Writer or the responses of anyone appearing in any Manuscript.
  • ARBITRATION: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Competition, Writer agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Competition, or any opportunities provided, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the Writer; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will Writer be permitted to obtain awards for, and Writer hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than Writer’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Competition), and Writer further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
  • DISPUTES: By submitting an entry into any Launch Pad Competition You understand that this Agreement shall be interpreted under the internal, substantive laws of the State of California without regard to the conflicts of law provisions thereof. Except to the extent prohibited by any applicable collective bargaining agreement, any controversy arising between LP as to the Submitted Material, or otherwise relating to this Agreement, shall be conclusively determined by arbitration as provided by California law and the rules of JAMS, and any arbitrator will be an attorney who is licensed to practice law in California or a retired judge who is mutually selected by You and LP. The arbitrator's decision and authority shall be controlled by the terms of this Agreement. No award may exceed the lower of: (1) if applicable, the minimum rate that would be due, if any, under the Writers Guild of America Theatrical and Television Basic Agreement in effect as of the date of entry of Submitted Material (the “WGA Agreement”). You agree that LP can suffer no damages in excess of any amount beyond the minimum requirements of the WGA Agreement. You understand that your sole remedy in any arbitration or any other proceeding relating to this Agreement or the Submitted Material is money damages; in particular, You expressly waive the right to seek any other relief at law or equity (including, without limitation, injunctive relief) with respect to the Submitted Material or this Agreement. Judgment upon an arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. I may only commence an action at law for the sole purpose of enforcing an arbitration award.
  • PROVIDED BY: The Tracking Board (www.tracking-board.com) The Launch Pad thanks you for your interest in submitting material to our Launch Pad Competitions, which may include basic or detailed ideas, storylines, literary material, feature scripts, pilot scripts, pitches, manuscripts, synopsis’ or outlines (collectively Submitted Material) for our use. Because the Launch Pad, Launch Pad employees, partners, mentors, or judges (collectively “LP”) may receive submissions that are similar to other ideas or projects they have in development, we require each entrant (collectively “You”) to read, and accept the Rules and Regulations below prior to entering any competition.
  • By entering a Launch Pad Competition You acknowledge that You are submitting material voluntarily and not in confidence, and that no confidential, fiduciary or any other relationship whatsoever is intended or created between LP by the submission of the Submitted Material. Nothing in these rules or terms, nor the submission of the Submitted Material, shall be deemed to place You or your employees in any different position from any other member of the public with respect to the Submitted Material. Accordingly, You or your employees may use any part of the Submitted Material that any member of the public freely could use without liability to the LP. By entering a Launch Pad Competition, You declare that You have disclosed no other important features or elements of the Submitted Material to LP other than the materials requested for entry. You warrant that You have originally created the Submitted Material and that the Submitted Material is free from all claims or encumbrances and that no one else to your knowledge has any right to it.
  • You believe the Submitted Material and its features and elements to be unique and novel. However, You recognize that other persons, including your own employees, may have submitted to You or others, or made public, or may in the future create and submit, or make public, similar or identical material that You may have the right to use, and You understand that You will not be entitled to any compensation because of LP use of other similar or identical material.
  • You understand and agree that LP use of material containing features or elements similar or identical to those contained in the Submitted Material will not obligate You to negotiate with LP or entitle You to any compensation if You have an independent legal right to use that other material (for example, because the features or elements are not new or novel, were not originated by You, or were or may hereafter be independently created and submitted by other persons, including your employees).
  • You have retained a copy of the Submitted Material, and release LP from liability for loss of or damage to the Submitted Material.
  • These rules constitute the entire understanding with respect to its subject matter and no oral representations of any kind have been made to You or LP. Any modification or waiver of these rules must be in writing, signed by both of us. The invalidity of any provision will not affect the remaining provisions. This Agreement applies equally to any other material that You may submit to LP, unless agreed in writing to the contrary at the time of the submission.
  • No termination of this Agreement, and no acts with respect to the Submitted Material will be deemed to affect our respective rights under this Agreement (including those as to amount of compensation, agreement to arbitrate, and time for bringing any action), and all rights will survive any termination or acts.

Feature Competition Rules and Regulations

  • All scripts must be submitted with a cover page containing ONLY the script title, without any of the writer(s) names or discernible marks, including but not limited to WGA Registration numbers.
  • All scripts MUST BE submitted as a PDF.
  • All feature scripts must be under 130 pages (any script with more than 130 pages will be disqualified).
  • Do not submit any form of pitch document with your feature script.
  • NO specs of pre-existing shows or films are allowed. All submissions must be your own original work, story and characters. Any submissions of existing shows or films that the writer does not own will be disqualified.
  • Scripts with multiple writers are allowed (however, all entry fees must be paid under one account).
  • All scripts must be the sole property of the writer(s).
  • All scripts will be read at least twice to ensure the best judgment of your work. All scripts will also be read blind, with no names, or title pages allowed. We choose this option so that each script is judged by the work, and the words alone.

  • The only scripts not allowed to be entered are those which have already sold, have previously earned our “TB Recommends” honors, or received a top 25 placement in a previous Launch Pad competition.
  • Each script may only be entered one time. Once a script has been submitted, there are absolutely no substitutions of pages, drafts, or scripts overall.
  • TB and all judges/readers will utilize whatever criteria they deem appropriate in deciding a winner.
  • All scripts will remain the property of the writer(s) throughout the contest (at no point will anyone from the judge’s panel, or TB ever attach themselves to your work without your consent).
  • Entrants may be contacted as a result of the contest by TB, the judging panel or other industry professionals in regards to representation, production, sale and/or option of the entered work.
  • Entrants are under no obligation to sell their work or otherwise attach themselves to representation in any form.
  • General script entries will not receive feedback, however, you can opt to upgrade and receive feedback on your script submission.
  • Each Grand Prize Winner will be reimbursed up to $500 USD for airfare to Los Angeles for our Exclusive Tracking Board Event. Date of event is TBD.
  • The contest is open to entrants 18 or older. It is an international contest and open to entrants worldwide.
  • Tracking Board reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to change or modify these terms at any time without notice.
  • By entering this competition, you agree to receive periodic emails from The Tracking Board and The Launch Pad. You may unsubscribe to these at any time.
  • If selected as a Overall Winner, or as a winner of one of our add on prizes (Guaranteed Signing, Guaranteed Option, or Mentorship Program) you agree to allow the respective partner an initial opportunity to agree to mutual terms with you concerning your winning script.
  • All purchases and submissions are final. No refunds will be issued.
